Our Berth Rate Schedule

$15.50 per lineal foot per month. Charge is calculated on overall boat length or berth, whichever is longer.

Minimum rent is 26', or $403.00 per month plus meter charges.

Berth sizes available are 26, 30, 32 and 36 feet.

• One dock box

• Freshwater hose bib

• Restrooms with showers

• Concrete floating docks

• Marked approach channel and harbor dredged consistent with berth sizes

• Shoreside garbage disposal

• Parking lot dedicated for marina tenants

• Fire protection system on docks

• Card key access for docks and restrooms
  

• Telephone service is available at each berth through AT&T @ 800-288-2020 or www.att.com. Their computer system recognizes this location as 100 Gate 6 Road, APT___ BLDG___, with the APT being the berth number and BLDG being the dock letter.

Miscellaneous Charges and Deposits:

• Security deposit (performance fee) of one month's rent due upon acceptance of application.   

• $40.00 deposit for each card key issued   

• $7.50 replacement charge for lost or damaged key   

• Electricity is metered at each berth. A $1.00 meter reading fee plus actual usage will be billed each month with the base rent.
